ASL - Need an interpreter at graduation?
If you have family member who need an ASL interpreter at graduation, please email me by May 8.
Information needed: graduate name, your name, and how many in the party for seating.
Seniors and PowerSchool
**Can you (Seniors) get into YOUR {not your parents'} Powerschool?
This is important to take care of this now and not later.
If you cannot get into your Student PowerSchool account, please let Ms. Donica Allen-Wells know - donica.allenwells@d49.org or visit her in G110.
Is YOUR name CORRECT in POWERSCHOOL?
Be sure to check PowerSchool to make sure we have the correct spelling of your name. As a reminder, diplomas will have the student's legal name.
Fees and Graduation

Please check to see what fees you owe.
Any unpaid balance on your student fees account may result in not being able to walk in the graduation ceremony.
**Any unpaid balance may also result in no prom attendance and/or receiving diploma.

Senior Walk Sign UP
Congratulations, Class of 2026! You’re officially in the home stretch. While you’re busy dreaming about what comes next, it’s time to take a quick victory lap through the places where it all started.
Remember being a wide-eyed elementary student looking up at the "big kids"? Now, you are the big kids. We’re keeping the tradition alive with the 2026 Senior Walk, and we want you there!
**Field Trip - Permission Slip** - Every senior who wants to go on the Senior Walk, please print, fill out, and return to VRHS office.
**Mandatory to sign up and ride busses. NO one can drive from school to school.
***Our Senior Walk is May 15 at 9:30am, right after Senior Breakfast!

PROM Expectations
Prom season is upon us!
The administration team wants to share the expectations we have for our VRHS students who are planning to attend prom with us on May 2nd. Any of our students who are attending, either by invite as underclassmen or as upperclassmen, need to have the following as stipulations for entry that day:
No suspensions (ISS or OSS) from April 20th through May 1st. If students are already on the No Activities list for 4th quarter, they are not able to attend. Student's should not have any unexcused absences the two weeks (4/21/26-5/1/26) prior to prom to be eligible to attend the event.
We look forward to this event and thank you for meeting the expectations outlined above to attend prom. If students are not allowed to attend due to behavior or unexcused absences, a refund will NOT be issued.
