Instructional Coaches
Overview
Instructional Coaching at Vista Ridge High School
Every new teacher at VRHS is automatically assigned an Instructional Coach for at least the 1st year.
Additionally, any teacher is able to sign up for an instructional coach as needed to help work on strengthening any facet of their professional practice.
Instructional coaches are available to support all teachers and help them grow as educators through observations and coaching conversations.
We utilize the Jim Knight Impact Cycle program as our model for coaching at Vista Ridge High School.
